Is he that black idiot I've seen on YouTube harassing people? I hope they throw the book at him; you have to be very stupid to go to a foreign country, one you know nothing about to do stupid shit without a clue as to how many laws you might be breaking. I know he posts videos to TikTok and I don't have it but I have seen videos on YouTube about him.
